Hannah's Foundation gives diapers, wipes, formula, clothing and Love Bags to families across the Rio Grande Valley. Walk in during office hours, tell us what your little one needs, and take home what we have.
How a visit works
Give us your phone number on the tablet. New families answer six short questions — no paperwork, no income proof.
Diaper sizes, formula brand, wipes, clothing. We log what you take so we know what to restock.
One visit per family per month. If something urgent comes up, ask an admin and we'll make it work.

Love Bags not picked up within 3 days of notification are made available to another family in need.
Partner drop boxes
Diapers, formula and baby wipes can be dropped any time at Reigning Grace, 1409 S. 9th Ave Suite 150, Edinburg, Texas 78539.
Where to find us
Families pick up in Weslaco. Donations can go to any partner drop box across the Valley.
